    A celebration of Roald Dahl's life and work, on what would have been his 100th birthday. Roald Dahl lived and wrote in Great Missenden for 36 years, and is buried in the churchyard here.

    With music this week from 'Allsorts'
    Allsorts is the collaboration of the Fernie Fields Four Saxophone Quartet and the Allsorts Clarinet Ensemble.
    The original group was formed in the year 2000 and over the years has played at many different venues, including Probus Club, Marlow u3a, Bucks Blind and Valley Friends Day centres. The variety of music is vast, ranging from Vaudeville, Abba, Ragtime and Swing.
    The Allsorts ladies are looking forwarding to entertaining you with the clarinet group today at what has become a regular event in their calendars.

  • Talents and Hobbies & Family Fun Day

    An exciting, fun day for all the family with 30+ stalls including the Roald Dahl Museum & Story Centre, 'Malt the Brewery', Road Farm & a 7' model railway.
    Also, demonstrations of chocolate making, flower-arranging, bell-ringing, music & song and other attractions.

    10am to 4pm
    Entrance - Adults £4, Children £1
    Do come and join in the fun!
