Youth and Children's Work
Junior Church is held every Sunday, except the 1st Sunday of each month, from September until the end of the school year in July. It takes place in the Oldham Hall, next to Great Missenden School and starts at 9.50 a.m.
Children are escorted up to the Church in time for communion, where they can rejoin their parents. Don’t worry, if you are not in Church, we will look after them, until you pick them up after the service. Children are divided up in to 3 age groups and enjoy learning about God through Bible stories, games, craft and other activities.
On their 10th birthday, the children move on to 21 Cent, and at 14 they can join Wyred our main youth group.
For the under 3’s, there is a crêche in church during the 10 a.m. Parish Communion Service. Once your child is 3 years old, he or she can become a member of our Junior Church .
