Junior Church
We currently have two groups regularly running for children and young people. Click on the group names below to find out more and when they meet:
Marimba Band
All young people are invited to join Marimba Band. Come along and find out what it's all about. No musical experience necessary. They practice on Mondays during term time, 5:30 - 6:15pm at Church and play at the 10am Family Service on the 3rd Sunday of the month during term time.
Get in touch to find out more.
Eco Church
Eco Church is a scheme run by A Rocha UK equipping churches to care for God's creation through their worship, buildings, land, community engagement, and individual lifestyles. The children have built a bug hotel and tend the children's garden with the seasons.
Events
We run regular events for Children and Young People which can be found on our
Events page. See some of our past events
here.
Lighthouse
Every year, we support
Lighthouse, a Christian holiday camp, which takes place in Great Missenden for a week in the summer for children up to the age of 11 on the Buryfield (or volunteers from the age of 12).
A number of our congregation volunteers each year.
To find out how to get involved, either by your child attending or volunteering your time, please visit the
Lighthouse website.
In 2025, the dates for Lighthouse Great Missenden are 28th July to 1st August.
