Summer Cream Teas and Music

Our Cream teas start on Easter Day and then run weekly from May 2024 until the end of the Summer on Sunday afternoons from 3 - 5pm.  Most weekends we are pleased to welcome local musicians to perform live.  We would love you to come along and enjoy a slice of homemade cake or a traditional cream tea, or join the team. Click here for more information.  We also serve them during our annual Christmas Tree Festival.

Oldham Hall Coffees

These take place Monday, Wednesday & Friday during term-time.  The Oldham Hall is open for parents and carers to pop in for coffee and a chat before and after the morning drop-off, between 8.30-9.30am.

Coffee 'n' Share

Why not along to our Wednesday Coffee Morning at 10.30am. This takes place in the Church each week during term time, except for the first Wednesday of the month, when it is held at Abbeyfield.  It's a chance to talk over coffee and biscuits with friends new and old. All are welcome, particularly those from our local retired community.

Prestwood Community Fridge

Food Bank Collections

A labelled box in the Church porch is available for Chiltern Foodbankdonations of non-perishable goods which will be delivered on a regular basis to Holy Trinity,  Prestwood (Foodbank Hub) and Chiltern Foodbank and distributed to those local people who are in crisis and have food vouchers.  Foods urgently needed by Chiltern Foodbank will be listed in the newssheet, on the lid of the box or can be found by clicking here.  Anyone in need immediately is invited to take a few items from the box to tide them over.  Further information about how to apply for vouchers and access wider support is given on the lid of the box and at chilternfoodbank.org.uk or telephone 01494 785 660.

Thank you to all who donated food at the Harvest Festival for Foodbank. We had a bumper load to take up to the Foodbank Hub at Holy Trinity Church Prestwood this week. This was delivered along with donations collected from their Church,  to Chesham Foodbank. Do look out for displayed photos in the Church of the journey our donations took to get to Chesham Foodbank!

We need help with:
 - Donations -  How about bringing one item each time you come to Church?
 - Someone to check the box after the 10 am Sunday service and, if there is sufficient to take up to Holy Trinity, on a Monday morning between 9-9.15 am.
Contact Jane Ray with offers of help, through the church office 01494 862 352.
